Watch pienzupa Cpasmieux. He pours water into a pot, adds salt and brings it to the boil. He steps into the boiling water and cooks until it is almost soft (he looks at passers-by for 10-15 minutes), then adds milk and brings it back to the boil. He may add salt or sugar for taste. To avoid the milk foiling, keep stirring.
