There is tension between Isabella and Charlotta's current husband Andreaks, which leads to a secret relationship. There is genuine chemistry between Björklund and Franzén, who are a married couple in real life. Their powerful chemistry convinces us that this is not a story of revenge, as the subtitle "faith, revenge, and love" might suggest. Love seems to be the strongest emotion of all.
